• Have received personal appreciation from the client and the higher management in Steria for timely and defect free delivery of the first release of Selfserve project.
• Took initiative in creating a wiki based knowledge repository in Steria and contributed by doing sample application, its architecture, market research for JBoss-Seam framework and JBoss AS suite, which could serve as a help to showcase organizational capability to client.
• Contributed in developing estimation model for the JBoss - Seam based application development in Steria.
• Designed Acegi based security module for the Pegasus application, which was capable of catering the requirement of dynamic user roles and responsibility based access to the application.
• Got lot of praise from management and the business for quality and timely delivery of work for the Pegasus Project.
• Recipient of ‘Pat on Back’ Award in Xansa from Mr. Saurabh Srivastava, Former Executive Chairman, Xansa (India) Limited, Chairman Emeritus, for the Extra ordinary contribution in the CCCD Project.
• Created white papers about the comparative study of the CRM products like Chordiant, SalesForce.com, InforCRM, Compaire, OpenERP, SugarCRM.
• Created the framework for using the Spring instead of EJBs for the middle layer, which made the middle layer as actual reusable component.

• Managed offshore team, responsibility of design, execution, monitoring and control phases for the project.
• Did design and development of few critical modules.
• Successfully got the UAT signoff in time with zero open defect.
• Got hand written thanks card from Delivery Director for extra ordinary contribution and dedication for the project.
• Prepared Release Management Plan for the first release.

• Went on site and performed role of Solution Architect for release2 and 3. As a Solution Architect prepared solution design documents in consultation with the business and handed over to offshore build team. The Modules included: Balances and Transaction Module, Export Module, Faster payment Module, SWIFT Message Exception Handling, Single and multiple Day Payment Module (BACS and CHAPS).
• Created interface xml schemas for communication between ERP system and Pegasus system.
• Designed SWIFT Message Exception Handling process.

• Chordiant Call Centre Desktop application is a CRM offering developed for Barclaycard with the key objective of delivering significant value from: Cross-selling to existing customer increasing balance, card usage & additional products & services; Improving Retention of accounts & balances of highest value customers; Process improvements to increase service effectiveness & efficiency.
• Chordiant product suite is being used as the CRM platform for delivering comprehensive customer centric application & real-time enterprise data to customer. The Barclaycard EBS is a J2EE layer which conforms to the Barclays Single Stack (SON) standard for accessing enterprise systems. Therefore, it can run in the Barclays SON environment. Its main function is to provide a clean, understandable, stateless interface to enterprise data needed to support Barclaycard’s systems.
