- Chordiant product suite is being used as the CRM platform for delivering comprehensive customer centric application & real-time enterprise data to customer. The Barclaycard EBS is a J2EE layer which conforms to the Barclays Single Stack (SON) standard for accessing enterprise systems. Therefore, it can run in the Barclays SON environment. Its main function is to provide a clean, understandable, stateless interface to enterprise data needed to support Barclaycard’s systems.
