    Barclaycard - Pegasus
    • Went on site and performed role of Solution Architect for release2 and 3. As a Solution Architect prepared solution design documents in consultation with the business and handed over to offshore build team. The Modules included: Balances and Transaction Module, Export Module, Faster payment Module, SWIFT Message Exception Handling, Single and multiple Day Payment Module (BACS and CHAPS).
    • Created interface xml schemas for communication between ERP system and Pegasus system.
    • Designed SWIFT Message Exception Handling process.
    Barclaycard - CCCD
    • Chordiant Call Centre Desktop application is a CRM offering developed for Barclaycard with the key objective of delivering significant value from: Cross-selling to existing customer increasing balance, card usage & additional products & services; Improving Retention of accounts & balances of highest value customers; Process improvements to increase service effectiveness & efficiency.
    • Chordiant product suite is being used as the CRM platform for delivering comprehensive customer centric application & real-time enterprise data to customer. The Barclaycard EBS is a J2EE layer which conforms to the Barclays Single Stack (SON) standard for accessing enterprise systems. Therefore, it can run in the Barclays SON environment. Its main function is to provide a clean, understandable, stateless interface to enterprise data needed to support Barclaycard’s systems.
